2. About Starfall Co.

Starfall Co. develops and plans to sell diamond painting kits, crafting accessories, community materials, and related products. Starfall Co. also works or may work with independent artists through written licensing agreements to create licensed diamond painting products.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use this website. If you use the website on behalf of a business, organization, or artist studio, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Submission of an inquiry, portfolio, link, image, concept, or message does not create a contract, partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, confidentiality obligation, or payment obligation. A licensing relationship exists only when the applicable parties enter into a separate written licensing agreement.

You represent that any artwork or materials you submit are yours to submit or that you have the necessary permission to submit them. You should not submit confidential information unless a separate written agreement is in place.

8. Products, Availability, and Future Store Features

Starfall Co. may describe planned products, samples, launch timelines, product specifications, features, rewards, community programs, or collections before they are available for purchase. These descriptions are informational and may change. Product availability, pricing, materials, kit contents, artwork selection, timelines, rewards, and community features may change without notice.

9. Orders, Payments, Pricing, and Errors

When Starfall Co. begins accepting orders, additional checkout terms may apply. We may refuse or cancel orders where permitted by law, including orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory problems, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other operational concerns. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

Before Starfall Co. accepts orders, we expect to publish separate Shipping and Return/Refund policies. Those policies will govern shipping timelines, carrier issues, damaged items, replacements, refunds, returns, and related procedures.
